SoMi Residences is an exciting new residential project located in South Miami, featuring two properties designed by Cuevas Architecture. Zoned RS-4, these two-story homes each consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. While the interior layouts are identical, Cuevas Architecture introduced minor exterior modifications to make each home unique, enhancing the visual diversity and character of the neighborhood.

Mirror Image Design: Each property mirrors the other with an identical interior layout. This approach ensures consistency and efficiency in design while providing the desired living space.
Unique Exterior Modifications: Despite the mirrored interior layouts, the homes feature unique exterior designs.
