The client sought to maximize the potential of the lot by creating a spacious residence featuring a minimum of 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, along with a dramatic double-height space. Cuevas Architecture not only met these requirements but exceeded the client's expectations by incorporating an additional bedroom into the design.
