Bay Vista Residences is a unique and thoughtfully designed project consisting of a model one-story residence to be constructed on three different properties. Despite the properties being zoned T3-L, which allows for up to two stories, the client's vision was to create single-story homes that maximize the use of a small footprint, each featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Key elements of the project include:
Single-Story Design: Adhering to the client's preference for a single-story layout, Cuevas Architecture designed residences that make efficient use of space while maintaining a spacious and open feel. The homes are carefully planned to provide all the necessary amenities and comfort within a compact footprint.
Natural Light: The design incorporates a tall, glass-filled entrance that allows natural light to flood into the interior spaces. This feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the residences but also creates a bright and welcoming environment for the residents.
Facade Customization: To ensure each home stands out while maintaining a cohesive look, the facade design includes customizable elements. Portions of the facade can be altered with different materials or painted in various colors, allowing each residence to have a unique identity while still being part of a unified development.
Efficient Use of Space: Despite the small footprint, the design accommodates 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample living space for families. The layout is optimized for functionality and comfort, ensuring that each room is both practical and inviting.
