Westend Park Townhomes is a thoughtfully designed project located in the City of Miami, within a T3-O zoning area that permits duplex and townhome structures with a two-story height limit. Despite the spatial constraints, Cuevas Architecture successfully created a modern and feasible design that meets the client's requirements for both functionality and aesthetics.
The project encompasses the following key elements:
Design and Layout: The design features 3 to 3.5 bedrooms and baths for each unit, ensuring ample living space while adhering to the client's specifications. The layout was meticulously planned to optimize the limited space, providing residents with comfortable and practical living areas.
Uniform Yet Unique: The client desired a consistent layout for both townhomes within the development. Cuevas Architecture achieved this by creating identical floor plans for each unit. However, to distinguish the individual homes and add visual interest, we incorporated different modern facade designs and material choices for each townhome. This approach ensured a cohesive yet distinctive appearance for the development.
Modern Aesthetics: The architectural design emphasizes modern aesthetics, featuring clean lines, contemporary materials, and innovative design elements. The use of varied facade materials not only enhances the visual appeal but also adds depth and character to the overall development.
